IGD microsite and materials attract campaign support to build investment in Africa

IGD launched its “Africa Investment Rising” campaign in 2016 to educate investors about doing business in Africa and encourage business development in Africa. The Challenge

We’ve enjoyed working with IGD for several years on a variety of projects and campaigns. Their Africa Investment Rising (AIR) campaign was entering an exciting new phase with its upcoming 2018 roadshow tour. IGD needed a focused, compelling way to promote the tour and attract registrations for events in four cities across the United States while raising awareness about the AIR Campaign itself.

Our Solution

We were very pleased IGD accepted our suggestion to create a separate microsite to promote the Africa Investment Rising roadshow tour and campaign. We developed the microsite very quickly to meet campaign timelines, allowing for expansion later in the year as other campaign components are developed.

We created a coordinated suite of print and digital materials that helped IGD promote this campaign to private sector, government and NGO audiences.

We created a separate microsite for the campaign for a more straightforward user experience and focused messaging. The design flexibility enabled us to craft a unique look for the campaign and generate more excitement for the events.

Quick, Efficient Design and Development

With the roadshow tour rapidly approaching, we had to move quickly to bring this microsite and all of the related materials to life. We conceptualized, designed and launched within a compressed timeframe and budget.

When a last-minute opportunity came up to display campaign signage on the New York City Times Square jumbotron, we mobilized to deliver that, too.
